I spent several minutes filming a
beautiful white funnel cloud extending out of the storm base before
realizing the camera was on stand-by. In a down year such as 2006, this
really hurts. This is what I was able to catch as I realized the camera
was off and began recording.

Hail and a rain bow. Storms were
outrunning me and I was already upset about not documenting the funnel
cloud so I called the chase off here and headed back to Champaign.
